Returns & Refunds
We ensure that products shipped from us are free from defects. However, if products get damaged during transit, you can return them. We will send a replacement or refund you after receiving the damaged product. You must claim this within 5 days of delivery. We do not handle returns or refunds after 5 days.

Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a 100% refund if done within 3 days of order confirmation. However, the customer bears the transaction commissions paid through CCAVENUE/PayPal.
- After 3 days, cancellations are not allowed as we may have already begun your painting or product preparation process.
For cancellations, please email vartstrichy@gmail.com and include your Order ID.
Customized Orders
We cannot cancel or refund customized orders.
Refunds
- Orders canceled will be refunded through the same mode of payment for domestic orders or via bank transfer for international orders.
- Refunds typically take 3–4 business days to process.
For eBooks:
- Returns are not accepted, and refunds are not issued.
Unavailability of Products
If any product is unavailable, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account, and you will receive an email notification. While we strive to fulfill every order, certain products may become unavailable due to market constraints.
Changes in Product Rates
If there is a change in the price of books after republication or in other products, we will notify you via email or phone.
- You can either pay the difference amount to proceed with the order or request a refund if you prefer not to pay the difference.
